The Village
Kothamedepally is a remote tribal village in Enkur Mandal, Khammam District, with no proper road facility and limited access to healthcare. Most villagers don't have access to basic health tests. When we arrived on 11 April, 2025, we found a community that had been quietly carrying untreated conditions for years.

A Case That Stayed With Us
Among those we met that day was a young child found to have a spinal condition — undiagnosed, the family unaware that help was available. Our team examined the child carefully and ensured the family received proper guidance for further medical care. It is moments like this that remind us why we come to these communities. And why we will keep coming back.
